Our products are digital. Themes and apps are delivered as downloads or as hosted apps, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
30-day refund period
We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Certain circumstances, including fraud, refund abuse, or misuse of the product, may make a transaction ineligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email contact@papathemes.com with the order number shown on your receipt, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We will confirm your request and process it within 5 business days.
Where a purchase is processed by an authorized payment provider acting as Merchant of Record for that transaction, the refund is issued by that provider on our behalf, and the charge on your statement may show their name rather than ours. The provider handling your order is identified at checkout and on your emailed receipt. You do not need to contact them yourself — email us and we will arrange it.
Cancelling a subscription
App subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, either from the customer portal linked in your receipt or by emailing contact@papathemes.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not by itself entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused part of the term already paid for; that is covered by the 30-day period above.
