Customize your BigCommerce category page layout to show subcategory thumbnail images above products grid. This customization changes your category page from 2-columns layout with sidebar to fullwidth 1 column layout. It will show all subcategories as thumbnails with title, image and number of products in the category.
The customization works for any BigCommerce Stencil based themes. We will also create a custom layout so you can use both standard template and the new customized template for specific categories.
